Whilst I will need to take certain personal details such as contact and delivery information, I will never pass this information over to any 3rd party (except for the needs of product delivery). All personal information will be kept in a secure environment and not be accessible via the internet. I do retain the right to use photos of paintings in my portfolio on this website. If you would not like your artwork displayed please contact me and I will remove it. I do not keep credit card information. All payments are made on the PayPal payment gateway, which is secured and famous for its anti-fraud system. Contact details including telephone numbers, addresses and email addresses of my clients will be kept entirely confidential, as will photographs which are mailed or emailed to me. I do not sell any contact information. My clients' original photographs will never be displayed on my website without permission. I use third party courier companies DHL and UPS to deliver orders. Both have access only to the information needed to perform their respective function but are obligated not use it for any other purposes.

I cooperate with PayPal a secure on-line payment system. PayPal's Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is one of the best products currently available on the market dedicated to on-line money transfers. The product enciphers your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address during its transfer via the internet.
